Our choice of accommodation is made very carefully. We choose inns, resorts and cottages with amenities such as private bathrooms and comfortable, cozy beds. We also search for places that have distinctive charm, historic relevance in the area, or stunningly beautiful views. Being met at the door by our innkeeper, who knows us by name and welcomes our guests like family, is also very important to us. Each evening we’ll dine on the fresh flavours of the region – from excellent home cooking to delectable gourmet cuisine. The opportunity to try new fare such as fiddleheads, ‘fish & brewis’ or dulse is an adventure on its own. Our guides are skilled at preparing delightful picnic lunches that are healthful and made with fresh produce from the region. We are also sensitive to the dietary needs of our guests and will always be sure to provide something ‘yummy’ for everyone.
